SCL Offer:
Estimating - SCL can provide accurate quotations for any steelwork for a variety of projects.
Design - SCL have the capability to complete design & build projects and can provide connection design expertise for projects previously designed by structural engineers.
Drawing - We use the latest structural steelwork detailing packages such as Tekla, StruCad and AutoCad for production of 3d models, GA's and fabrication drawings. These applications also give us full CNC capability.
Manufacture - Our own factory allows us to offer a quality fabrication service for the production of any steelwork to meet your needs. SCL can provide various finishes including shop primer, two-pack epoxy or galvanising.
Decking - SCL can supply and install metal decking as required by the main contractor.
Cladding - SCL can offer a full cladding service dependant upon your needs.
Erection & Site Activities - All of our projects are supervised carefully to confirm delivery, method of erection to minimise risk to all. Site works and all erection is carried out by either our directly employed or carefully chosen sub-contract erectors, using any equipment deemed necessary in accordance with health & safety requirements. Risk assessments & method statements are prepared and agreed by ourselves and agreed with the client prior to erection commencing. Any equipment deemed necessary will be used for access/lifting.
